This review is of PC Wizard 2015 version 2.14. Please let me know if there's a newer version I need to review.

PC Wizard 2015 Basics

PC Wizard 2015 does everything a regular system information tool does — it gathers information about various parts of your computer, such as the graphics card, motherboard, CPU, operating system, external devices, hard drives, RAM, and network.

PC Wizard 2015 can be installed on Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP.

PC Wizard 2015 Pros & Cons

PC Wizard 2015 has all the basic benefits you'd expect in this type of software.

Pros:

  • Very comprehensive
  • Export a report of any or all components to an XML or HTML file
  • Can copy out text without exporting anything
  • View a one-page summary about every section

Cons:

  • Can be slow when scanning the system
  • Navigation buttons aren't labeled
  • May be overwhelming because of all the detail
  • Tries to install another program during setup
  • Doesn't work with Windows 10

My Thoughts on PC Wizard 2015

It's hard to dislike a program that's as thorough as PC Wizard 2015. The heirs korean drama all episode. This is the most detailed software I could find that explains as much as one could possibly want to know about all the hardware components of a computer.

However, because PC Wizard 2015 is so specific, it can get a bit annoying and maybe even overwhelming to see such a huge list of detail on the battery of a laptop, for instance, when you're really just wondering what the serial number is. For advanced users, though, PC Wizard 2015 is absolutely perfect.

I don't like that another program tries to install with PC Wizard 2015 during the initial program setup. If you don't want that additional program, you have to deselect it during installation.
